BR Stone Marble and Granite

Granite
Granite has been around since the earth’s formation. It is 100% natural and next to diamonds is one of the earth’s hardest stones. Comprised of a variety of minerals including quartz, feldspar and mica that form together like interlocking pieces of a puzzle, granite is the hardest natural surface available for countertops. It is available in many different colors reflecting the varying combinations of these minerals.
Because virtually nothing is as hard as granite, it is scratch resistant and should maintain its natural look and integrity for its lifetime. It is also extremely dense and virtually impenetrable, making it very difficult to stain. It is heat resistant; cookware or bakeware taken directly from the stovetop or oven will not burn or damage your granite.
